I curated and installed a six-month exhibition, entitled ‘A Spotlight on Process: Staging the Unstaged’ exploring archival material from the University of Bristol Theatre Collection. I shaped the narrative through artefact selection, reasearch based interpretation, and visitor experience design. Alongside curatorial work, I led marketing and communications, creating promotional visual material, using social media and email campaigns, and developing outreach that connected academic research with wider audiences. All materials had to adhere to both the University of Bristol and Theatre Collection presentation and budgetary requirements, a challenge I enjoyed navigating whilst designing. This project combined my skills in design, storytelling, and audience engagement, demonstrating how a creative strategy can make complex histories both engaging and accessible.
